During this session, Marya Propis, Head of Broker Engagement, US Commercial, will share her “lessons learned” and insights on how to build and manage a successful career in this space. She will be joined by Michelle Tucker, Head of Early Career Integration and Development, who will speak to AIG’s holistic approach to early career talent and its role in the organization. Michelle Tucker is the Global Head Early Career Integration and Development at AIG, where she is focused on maximizing the success of the organization’s junior talent through innovative developmental opportunities. Prior to joining AIG, Michelle held a variety of roles focusing on the development of junior talent within financial organizations, including Bank of America, Nomura, and Lehman Brothers.

Prior to working in financial institutions, she held several learning and development roles in media organizations, including Vivendi and Universal Music. Michelle holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of London and a BFA from Ohio University. She has built a global career working in Los Angeles, New York, London, and Hong Kong and now lives in Ohio with her family, dog, and chickens.
