Registration Fees

In order to receive the early bird discount, registration AND payment must be received by
GIS Grand Chapter on or before September 12, 2010.  Any registrations received after
that date will pay prices as stated below:

Registration Fee does NOT include hotel accommodations.

Payment is due at the time registration is received.  If you are unable to attend andcannot send a substitute, Registration fees will be refunded until September 22, 2010. All refunds are subject to a service charge of $10.00 per registration.

Also, for anyone staying at the Green Suites, we will have our shuttle buses pick you up and drop you off when we are going to Campus for our events during the day on Friday and Saturday, so you will not need to worry about getting to Soaring Eagle in time to catch the shuttles to campus. There is also a shuttle that runs 24 hours from the Green Suites to Soaring Eagle for any of the evening events.
